Industrial electricians

PHALANX Recruitment Agency is recruiting experienced Industrial Electricians and Electrical Installation Technicians for industrial projects in Germany.

The work involves installing, wiring, connecting, testing and commissioning electrical systems for industrial equipment, automated production lines and conveyor systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Connecting electric motors, sensors, switches and other electrical components.
• Installing and connecting cables according to electrical wiring diagrams.
• Wiring electrical control cabinets and junction boxes.
• Connecting encoders, sensors and safety devices.
• Checking power supplies and electrical circuit continuity.
• Performing electrical measurements and functional tests.
• Identifying and troubleshooting wiring faults.
• Supporting the commissioning of conveyor systems alongside automation and maintenance teams.
• Working with electrical schematics and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Practical experience in industrial electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams.
• Experience with electric motors, control cabinets and electrical measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
• Ability to work accurately, independently and responsibly.

Employment Details

• Location: Germany; exact project location confirmed before employment.
• Pay: €15–18 net/hour, depending on qualifications and final contractual terms.
• Working hours, accommodation, starting date and employment arrangements will be confirmed for the specific project.
