PHALANX Recruitment Agency is recruiting experienced welders for industrial projects in Germany.
The position involves welding, fitting and finishing metal components and structures, including components used in the production and customisation of commercial and specialised vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Welding metal components using MIG/MAG and/or TIG processes, depending on the project.
- Preparing, cleaning and positioning materials before welding.
- Working according to technical drawings and production instructions.
- Inspecting welds and checking workmanship.
- Grinding and finishing welded components.
- Operating and maintaining welding equipment.
- Following workplace safety requirements.
Requirements
- Practical MIG/MAG and/or TIG welding experience.
- Ability to understand technical documentation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic English or German communication skills.
- Willingness to work in Germany.
Important: Candidates will be asked to provide a short video demonstrating their welding skills during the recruitment process.
Employment Details
- Pay: €13–15 net/hour.
- Location: Germany, depending on the project.
- Working hours: approximately 200+ hours per month may be available depending on project needs, subject to applicable working-time regulations; hours are not guaranteed.
- Accommodation: employer-arranged accommodation is planned, typically with two or three people sharing a room. Any employee costs will be confirmed beforehand.
- Contract: employment with a Croatian company and assignment to Germany is envisaged, subject to applicable legal requirements.
- Start: tentatively November 2026, subject to confirmation.
