Production workers

PHALANX Recruitment Agency is recruiting General Helpers and Production Workers for industrial projects in Germany.

This opportunity is suitable for reliable, motivated people who want to work in a manufacturing environment. Previous industrial experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting welders, metal fitters and other technical specialists.
• Preparing, moving and organising materials and components.
• Supporting assembly and production operations.
• Cleaning, grinding and performing basic finishing tasks according to instructions.
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas.
• Following workplace instructions and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Readiness for manual work in an industrial environment.
• Reliability and good work discipline.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic English or German communication skills.
• Previous workshop, manufacturing or assembly experience is an advantage.

Employment Details

• Location: Germany.
• Pay: €10–12 net/hour, depending on final contractual terms.
• Working hours: approximately 200+ hours per month may be available depending on the project, subject to applicable regulations; hours are not guaranteed.
• Accommodation: employer-arranged accommodation is planned, usually with two or three people sharing a room. Any employee costs will be clarified beforehand.
• Contract: Croatian employment with assignment to Germany is envisaged, subject to applicable legal requirements.
• Start: tentatively November 2026, subject to confirmation.
